Frelund joined the ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷Íøfrom ESPN, where she was a Predictive Analytics Analyst for two years.

She is a marathon runner, a former Pilates and group fitness instructor, and is involved with Bright Pink, a national non-profit organization focused on preventing breast and ovarian cancer in young women. Frelund was born and raised in Okemos, Michigan.

Gregg Rosenthal has been with the ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷Íøsince 2012, including his role as a co-host on the Around the ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷ÍøPodcast. He previously spent nine years covering the ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷Íøfor NBC Sports, Rotoworld.com and ProFootballTalk.com.

Patrick hails from the state of Alabama, where he graduated from Troy University in 2006 with a Bachelors degree in Broadcast Journalism. He joined the ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷Íøin 2014 as a news update anchor. Hosting the initial edition of the network's all football live news program: ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷ÍøNow.

The two-time Alabama state decathlon champion now limits personal sports involvement to his two children, Malcom and Sage, and fanhood to the Angel City football club, where his wife Lauren is an integral member of executive staff.
