After grabbing wideout Malik Nabers in the first round of last month's 2024 国产外流网Draft, the Giants are adding a veteran to their evolving receiver room.
New York signed former Pro Bowl pass catcher Allen Robinson on Thursday.
Robinson, 30, joins his fourth team in as many years and the fifth of his career. A former second-round pick of the Jaguars, Robinson has played the last three seasons with the Bears, Rams and Steelers. The wideout started all 17 regular season games for Pittsburgh in 2023, totaling 34 catches for 280 yards, the fourth receiving option on a team that started three quarterbacks.
In New York, Robinson will join Nabers and a competitive WR room that returns Jalin Hyatt, Wan'Dale Robinson, Isaiah Hodgins and Darius Slayton, among others.
A sizable target at 6-foot-2, Robinson could carve out a role in New York's young corps.
In 127 games played over 10 seasons, Robinson has racked up 562 receptions for 7,028 yards and 43 touchdowns. His lone Pro Bowl season came in 2015, his second year with Jacksonville. He hasn't cracked 1,000 yards receiving since 2020 with the Bears (1,250).
