- Arizona Cardinals offensive lineman Jackson Barton (toe) and defensive lineman Justin Jones (undisclosed injury) were ruled out versus the Lions. Defensive tackle Khyiris Tonga (knee) did not return. Tight end Trey McBride was evaluated for a concussion.
- Atlanta Falcons offensive linemen Kaleb McGary (knee) and Drew Dalman (ankle) were ruled out in the second quarter Sunday against the Chiefs.
- Baltimore Ravens cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis (hamstring) was ruled out against the Cowboys.
- Carolina Panthers wide receiver Adam Thielen (hamstring) was ruled out against the Raiders.
- Chicago Bears defensive back Terell Smith (hip) left early versus the Colts.
- Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Wyatt Teller (knee) was ruled out versus the Giants. Offensive lineman James Hudson (shoulder) exited early. Defensive end Myles Garrett aggravated his foot injury and will undergo an MRI, head coach Kevin Stefanski said after the game.
- Dallas Cowboys safety Markquese Bell (ankle) was ruled out versus the Ravens.
- Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta (ankle) and defensive back Brian Branch (neck) did not return against the Cardinals. Defensive lineman Alim McNeill (shoulder) and linebacker Derrick Barnes (knee) were ruled out.
- Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell was evaluated for a hand injury, but should be fine, head coach DeMeco Ryans said after the game versus the Vikings.
- Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby said after their loss to the Panthers that he is dealing with a high ankle sprain. Offensive tackle Thayer Munford Jr. (knee/ankle) and safety Marcus Epps (knee) did not return against Carolina.
- Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Joey Bosa (hip) was ruled out against the Steelers. Quarterback Justin Herbert (ankle) and Rashawn Slater (pectoral) exited early and did not return. Herbert was seen in a walking boot and said his ankle was "a little sore" after the game.
- Miami Dolphins quarterback Skylar Thompson has a "pretty painful" rib injury after exiting Sunday's game against the Seahawks early, per head coach Mike McDaniel. Offensive tackle Terron Armstead (eye) and cornerback Kendall Fuller (concussion) were ruled out. Linebacker David Long Jr. (hamstring) and cornerback Storm Duck (shoulder) did not return against the Seahawks.
- Minnesota Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold will get his knee evaluated, head coach Kevin O'Connell told reporters after the game versus the Texans. Darnold only missed one snap after being sacked on Sunday. Wide receiver Justin Jefferson told reporters after the game that he jammed his finger and X-rays were negative.
- New Orleans Saints center Erik McCoy (groin) was ruled out versus the Eagles.
- New York Giants cornerback Dru Phillips (calf), wide receiver Darius Slayton (thumb) and linebacker Micah McFadden (back) left early against the Browns.
- Philadelphia Eagles wide receivers Britain Covey (shoulder) and DeVonta Smith (concussion), offensive tackle Lane Johnson (concussion) and guard Mekhi Becton (finger) were ruled out against the Saints.
- Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Alex Highsmith (groin) and cornerback Cory Trice Jr. (hamstring) were ruled out versus the Chargers. Wide receiver Van Jefferson (eye) exited early.
