2023 ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷Íøseason, Week 3: Notable injuries, news from Sunday's games

Here are the injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 3 Sunday:

  • Arizona Cardinals linebacker Zaven Collins (eye) and linebacker Krys Barnes (hand) did not return against the Cowboys.
  • Baltimore Ravens linebacker David Ojabo (ankle) and wide receiver Tylan Wallace (hamstring) did not return against the Colts. Running back Gus Edwards was evaluated for a concussion.
  • Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jonathan Mingo (concussion) and safety Xavier Woods (hamstring) were both ruled out against the Seahawks. Linebacker Frankie Luvu (hip) did not return.
  • Chicago Bears defensive back Tyrique Stevenson (illness) and defensive back Josh Blackwell (hamstring) did not return against the Chiefs. Defensive back Jaylon Johnson (hamstring) was also ruled out.
  • Denver Broncos linebacker Josey Jewell (groin) was ruled out against the Dolphins.
  • Detroit Lions offensive tackle Matt Nelson (ankle) was ruled out against the Falcons. Offensive tackle Dan Skipper (hamstring) did not return.
  • Green Bay Packers linebacker De'Vondre Campbell (ankle) was ruled out against the Saints. Cornerback Carrington Valentine (bicep) did not return.
  • Jacksonville Jaguars Anton Harrison (ankle) did not return against the Texans.
  • Kansas City Chiefs offensive tackle Prince Tega Wanogho (quad) was ruled out against the Bears.
  • Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo was evaluated for a concussion following Sunday night's loss. Linebacker Curtis Bolton (knee) was ruled out against the Steelers.
  • Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams (knee) and safety Derwin James Jr. (hamstring) both left and did not return against the Vikings. Williams rode a cart to the bus following the game with his left leg in a brace and will undergo an MRI on Monday to determine the extent of his injury, ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷ÍøNetwork Insider Tom Pelissero reported.
  • Miami Dolphins defensive lineman Jaelan Phillips (oblique) was ruled out against Denver. Cornerback Eli Apple was evaluated for a concussion and did not return.
  • New England Patriots defensive lineman Daniel Ekuale (elbow) and defensive lineman Davon Godchaux (ankle) were both ruled out against the Jets. Offensive lineman Cole Strange (knee) did not return.
  • New Orleans Saints offensive lineman Cesar Ruiz (concussion) was ruled out against the Packers. Quarterback Derek Carr (shoulder) was also ruled out. ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷ÍøNetwork Insider Ian Rapoport reported after the game that Carr suffered an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder but has seemed to have avoided a more serious injury than originally expected .
  • Seattle Seahawks defensive end Dre'Mont Jones (hip) did not return against the Panthers.
  • Tennessee Titans running back Julius Chestnut (hamstring) was ruled out against the Browns.
