Injuries and news we're monitoring around the ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷Íøon this Week 7 Sunday:

  • San Francisco 49ers safety Jaquiski Tartt was ruled out in the fourth quarter of Sunday night's game with a knee injury.
  • Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders was ruled out after suffering an ankle injury in the first half against the Raiders. Sanders, who was originally labeled as questionable to return, was carted to the locker room. Receiver J.J. Arcega-Whiteside was ruled out early with a back injury.
  • Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs (chest) was downgraded to out versus the Eagles. Jacobs took a trip to the locker shortly before halftime and was initially labeled as questionable to return. Jacobs is believed to have avoided a major injury despite being ruled out so quickly, ¹ú²úÍâÁ÷ÍøNetwork's Tom Pelissero reported.
  • Chicago Bears defensive tackle Bilal Nichols was ejected in the third quarter for throwing a punch at Bucs offensive lineman Ryan Jensen.
  • Los Angeles Rams cornerback Robert Rochell did not return after suffering a knee injury.
  • Houston Texans coach David Culley said linebacker Christian Kirksey sustained a possible fracture in his thumb against the Cardinals. Kirksey is still being evaluated. Cullen also provided an update on Tyrod Taylor (hamstring), saying that the quarterback will begin practicing this week but the team is still unsure if he will be ready to go against the Rams in Week 8. Taylor went on injured reserve after getting hurt in Week 2.
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Dee Delaney (ankle) was ruled out in the second half against the Bears.
  • Detroit Lions cornerback AJ Parker did not return after injuring his shoulder.
  • New England Patriots tight end (shoulder) and linebacker (knee) were ruled out against the Jets. Defensive back Devin McCourty (abdomen), offensive lineman (abdomen) and defensive lineman Carl Davis (wrist) also exited early.
  • Washington Football Team wide receiver Dyami Brown suffered a knee injury against the Packers.
  • New York Jets rookie quarterback Zach Wilson was ruled out against the Patriots after suffering a knee injury in the second quarter. Jets head coach Robert Saleh told reporters after the game that Wilson will undergo an MRI exam to determine the severity of the injury. Running back Ty Johnson and linebacker Quincy Williams were evaluated for concussions. Linebacker Blake Cashman (groin) also exited early.
  • Carolina Panthers cornerback C.J. Henderson (shoulder) exited early against the Giants. Guard Josh Miller (ankle) was also ruled out.
  • Miami Dolphins running back Malcolm Brown (quad) and linebacker Jerome Baker (knee) were ruled out against the Falcons. Defensive back Jason McCourty exited early with a foot injury.
  • New York Giants linebacker Lorenzo Carter (ankle) and safety Jabrill Peppers (ankle) exited early against the Panthers.
  • Tennessee Titans offensive tackle Kendall Lamm (ankle) exited early against the Chiefs.
  • Baltimore Ravens right tackle Patrick Mekari (ankle) was ruled out against the Bengals.
  • Atlanta Falcons cornerback A.J. Terrell was ruled out against the Dolphins after being evaluated for a head injury. Safety Erik Harris (shoulder) also exited early.
