This ticket is not subject to change and only allows access to the venue for the specified event. The owner must carry it during his duration in the property; occupy only the part of the locality mentioned; show it to authorized personnel upon request; refrain from assaulting spectators or participants of the event and comply with the obligations established in the applicable laws. The organizer of the event or its authorized representatives are empowered to check spectators to prevent access to prohibited or dangerous objects (such as food, beverages, drugs, recording weapons and cameras) and deny access to or remove from the property that does not observe these rules, performs offensive behaviors or induces disorder. In these cases, no amount will be refunded. The owner of the property, the event or VBC, are not responsible for tickets purchased by unauthorized means or resale. In case of cancellation or postponement of the covered event, up to the nominal value of the ticket, except for the charges for service and courier, where appropriate, it will be returned against its presentation, where it was acquired, from 48 hours following the corresponding notice and for the period established in the applicable law. The day and time of the event (as well as the entrance to the public) may be subject to change at the discretion of the owner of the property. If the event is rescheduled, the ticket will be repeatedfor the new date, unless it contradicts the applicable laws, there will be no remuneration or compensation for the holder if he is unable to attend the rescheduled date.
By attending the event (subject to Mexican law) the owner: (1) expressly assumes the risk of death, injury and loss of personal belongings (including by actions of the participants, volunteers, spectators, officials, and / or producers of the event; dehydration, weather and other natural conditions) including without limitation from exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including without limitation COVID-19 and any variation thereof), or the causes thereof, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused. (2) You irrevocably accept the use of your image, name, voice, statements, related to any type of audio already recorded live, video, photographs, or any other transmission or publication of the event and authorizes its use in the recording, marketing and / or advertising, in all known or to be known media, free of charge , indefinitely or worldwide, regardless of whether or not the holder is recognized; (3) You acknowledge that all material related to the event, including; designs, graphics, logos, trade names, technical documentation, product information, photographs, trademarks, audio, music, videos, streaming, software and works of art, are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws and THE OWNER MAY NOT copy, use, reproduce, distribute them, in any way (in whole or in part). This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or any other commercial purpose without the written consent of the event organizer. Use of this document leads to acceptance of the above rules.

Este boleto no est谩 sujeto a cambio y s贸lo permite el acceso al recinto para el evento especificado. El titular deber谩 portarlo durante su permeancia en el inmueble; ocupar s贸lo la parte de la localidad mencionada; mostrarlo al personal autorizado al ser requerido; abstenerse de agredir a espectadores o participantes del evento y cumplir con las obligaciones establecidas en las leyes aplicables. El organizador del evento o sus representantes autorizados est谩n facultados para revisar a los espectadores para evitar el acceso de objetos prohibidos o peligrosos (como alimentos, bebidas, drogas, armas grabadoras y c谩maras) y negar el acceso o retirar del inmueble al que no observe estas reglas, realice conductas ofensivas o induzca al desorden. En estos casos, no se reembolsar谩 cantidad alguna. El titular del inmueble, del evento o VBC, no son responsables por los boletos adquiridos por medios no autorizados o de reventa. En caso de cancelaci贸n o posposici贸n del evento amparado, hasta por el valor nominal del boleto, excepto los cargos por servicio y mensajer铆a, en su caso, ser谩 devuelto contra su presentaci贸n, donde fue adquirido, desde las 48 horas siguientes al aviso correspondiente y por el periodo establecido en la ley aplicable. El d铆a y la hora del evento (as铆 como la entrada al p煤blico) podr谩n ser sujetas a cambios a juicio del titular del inmueble. Si el evento se cambia de fecha, el boleto se respetar谩 para la nueva fecha, excepto que contradiga las leyes aplicables, no habr谩 remuneraci贸n o compensaci贸n para el titular si no puede asistir a la fecha reprogramada.
Al asistir al evento (sujeto a la legislaci贸n mexicana) el titular: (1) expresamente asume el riesgo por muerte, lesiones y perdida de objetos personales (incluyendo por acciones del los participantes, voluntarios, espectadores, oficiales, y/o productores del evento; deshidrataci贸n, clima y otras condiciones naturales), que incluyen, entre otros, la exposici贸n a enfermedades transmisibles, virus, bacterias u otras enfermedades (incluido, no limitante, COVID-19 y cualquier variaci贸n del mismo), o las causas de las mismas, ya sea que ocurran antes , durante o despu茅s del Evento, cualquiera que sea su causa (2) Acepta irrevocable el uso de su imagen, nombre, voz, declaraciones, relacionadas con cualquier tipo de audio ya sesea en vivo grabado, video, fotograf铆as, o cualquier otra transmisi贸n o publicaci贸n del evento y autoriza su uso en la grabaci贸n, comercializaci贸n y/o publicidad, en todos los medios conocidos o por conocerse, gratuitos, indefinidamente o mundialmente, independientemente de si es o no reconocidos el titular; (3) Reconoce que todo el material relacionado con el evento, incluyendo; dise帽os, gr谩ficos, logos, nombres comerciales, documentaci贸n t茅cnica, informaci贸n de productos, fotograf铆as, marcas, audio, m煤sica, videos, streaming, software y obras de arte, est谩n protegidas por derechos de autor y otras leyes en materia de propiedad intelectual aplicable y EL TITULAR NO PUEDE copiarlas, usarlas, reproducirlas, distribuirlas, de ninguna manera (en todo o en parte). Este boleto no podr谩 utilizarse para hacer publicidad, promoci贸n o cualquier otro fin comercial sin el consentimiento por escrito del organizador del evento. El uso del presente conlleva a la aceptaci贸n de las reglas anteriores.
